Roebuck Earns LEED Accreditation David M. Roebuck, PE, CCM, president of Armentrout Roebuck Matheny Consulting Group, an Athens-based engineering/architectural and construction management firm, has earned the designation of LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) from the US Green Building Council (USGBC). The credential signifies that the individual has met the USGBC requirements and passed the LEED AP examination related to the application of renewable energy and environmental-sound principles to the design and construction of buildings. The USGBC certifies building projects that meet rigorous standards designed to promote sustainable and responsible building practices. “ARMCG is committed to the principle of promoting responsible and environmentally-friendly design and construction projects. We are a strong proponent of the US Green Building Council and the acquisition of this accreditation is just one example of how much emphasis we place on this initiative”, Roebuck stated. ARMCG provides design and construction management expertise to clients in both the public and private sector and is currently engaged in green building certification projects.
