Roebuck makes presentation at ASCE/USTDA Afghanistan Engineering Capacity Building Workshop David M. Roebuck, P.E., CCM, president of Armentrout Roebuck Matheny Consulting Group, P.C. is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)/the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) Engineering Capacity Building Project For Afghanistan. Mr. Roebuck was asked to present to the recent group meeting in Washington D.C. regarding his work with engineering firms in developing countries. The program is a co-op effort between ASCE and the Society of Afghan Engineers and is funded in part by USTDA,an agency of the U.S. Government that advances economic development and U.S. commercial interests in developing and middle income countries.
